Most guests don’t seem particularly impressed by the décor, facilities or service at the Norfolk Plaza, but they do concede that the location is great for a budget property.

Our guests have commented on the Hotel under the headings below. Click on a tab to see what they said ...The hotel is located in London's West End, just 200 metres from Paddington Station, where the Heathrow Express arrives. The undergound station at Paddington offers easy access to many of the city's most famous sights. The hotel is also within walking distance of Notting Hill and Hyde Park.
