The hotel is located right next to Paddington Station (where you can catch the Heathrow Express) and is therefore just 15 minutes from London Heathrow Airport. It is also next to Paddington Basin, the largest central London office development and already home to many major companies as well as St. Mary’s Hospital. There are 4 tube lines and several bus routes just 1 minute from the hotel offering direct, fast routes to the rest of central London. It is a leisurely stroll to the Italian Gardens in Hyde Park and on to Marble Arch and Oxford Street or across the park to Kensington and Knightsbridge.

The Quality Crown Paddington Hotel is housed in a traditional corner building with a sandstone façade and white window frames. The small lobby is appointed in a modern style, with a marble floor and understated décor. Varying in size, due to the age of the building, the 85 medium sized guestrooms are similarly decorated in a soothing, neutral style, complemented by dark wood furnishings. Though double glazed, they can be a little noisy due to the hotel’s location. None the less, all are clean and well maintained, as are the tiled en suite bathrooms. The hotel’s Garfunkel’s Restaurant has been completely renovated and provides a good selection of meals from early ‘till late, while the Gallery Lounge features Sky Sports on a 42 inch (105 cm) TV. There is also a Lobby Bar and Lounge, an all-new Fitness Centre and an atrium-style Executive Lounge.
