Guests at the Queensway are consistently impressed by the cleanliness and quality of its rooms. They also appreciate the location and the helpfulness of the staff, but are less impressed by the poor quality breakfast.

The hotel is located in London's West End, just 250 metres from Paddington Station, where the Heathrow Express arrives. The undergound station at Paddington offers easy access to many of the city's most famous sights. The hotel is also within walking distance of Notting Hill and Hyde Park.
